Мне от обоих контор (от iZotope и от BorisFx) вчера пришли письма с разницей в 2 минуты. Boris был первым.

Так то серийники вроде как и не нужны с активацией через манагер. Но есть старые продлукты которых нет в манагере (типа Спектрона), для них точно надо. Вобещм надо в суппорт написать чтоб прояснили момент.
есть такой слушок, что там конечно IP и клиентская база, но и долгов на 300м - вот все и передают друг другу этот чумной труп Ленина (лозунгов больше не будет, а выкинуть жалко - легенда ж), в надежде выжать еще чуть-чуть липового меда (или плесени)
в iZotope Product Portal оказывается через кнопку шестеренка в Purchase history все заказы (даты и номера заказов с серийниками) сохранились

It uses advanced pitch-tracking technology to generate subharmonics in perfect tune with any monophonic signal —avoiding subsonic frequency clashes.
